For us, Good Enough - Isn't. Job Purpose Lead end to end warehouse and fulfillment operations for assigned facility(ies) in a consumer products distribution center. This leadership role will own outbound fulfillment performance, inventory accuracy, labor efficiency, safety and continuous improvement. Primary Functions and Responsibilities This new leadership role is charged with advancing distribution operations while maintaining a high-engagement workplace. As such, transformational experience and drive are key to success. Own daily fulfillment operations, including picking, packing, staging, shipping, and exception management. The position will work cross functionally with manufacturing, operations, sales and other organizations ensuring customer orders are shipped accurately, on-time and at the lowest cost. Drive performance against KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time shipment, labor productivity, inventory accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and cost per unit. Lead frontline team with a hands-on approach, including coaching, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management. Develop and manage labor plans, shift coverage, and productivity experience to support a variable and seasonal demand. Improve warehouse processes through SOPs, lean initiatives, and WMS-driven analysis. Champion standard work, continuous improvement, and WMS utilization to improve throughput and accuracy. Maintain safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards across the facility. Train staff on Operational and Human Resource policies, procedures, and standards, and ensure/enforce adherence to both through coaching and feedback. Conduct performance reviews and make personnel suggestions. Lead through professionalism and consistency in all operations and empower staff. Be available for employees' requests for assistance, expression of ideas, and general comments and concerns. Develop departmental ownership by fostering culture of excellence, accuracy, and organization. Required Knowledge and Skills 5+ years Shipping, Warehouse, Inventory Control experience in discreet operations leadership. Compliance experience with major and big box retailer compliance. Experience in consumer products, retail, or omni-channel. Transformational experience is preferred. Experience with WMS is required, and implementation experience is preferred. Experience working in LEAN environments is preferred. Experience with KPI reporting and improvement. PC skills and knowledge of MS Office required. Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Ability to effectively organize work and responsibilities in fast paced environment.Note:
