Job Description

Allstate Party & Tent Rental is looking for a dependable, organized, hands-on Assistant Warehouse Manager to help manage our rental equipment, warehouse team, and event orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and can help ensure every order is prepared correctly and on time. Responsibilities Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse operations Help supervise, train, and coordinate warehouse employees Pull, inspect, clean, count, and prepare tables, chairs, tents, linens, and party-rental equipment Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment Check orders for accuracy before loading trucks Assist with loading and unloading deliveries Coordinate with the office, drivers, sales team, and customers Report damaged, missing, or broken equipment Help maintain warehouse schedules and meet event deadlines Follow company safety procedures and operating standards Step in and lead the warehouse team when the Warehouse Manager is unavailable Qualifications Previous warehouse, event-rental, delivery, logistics, or supervisory experience preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 pounds Able to work in changing weather conditions when necessary Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Valid driver's license preferred Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Must be available for weekends and seasonal overtime when needed
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
