Salary:
$85,000 - $95,000 per year

Full-Time Schedule:
Must have schedule flexibility based on operational needs We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Center Manager to lead daily operations at a fast-paced distribution center in Islandia, NY. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, team supervision, and process improvement. Flexibility is key in this role, as operational needs may require schedule adaptability.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the distribution center to ensure efficiency and productivity Manage warehouse layout, inventory flow, storage, receiving, and shipping operations Develop and implement operational plans and production workflows Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards Supervise managers, supervisors, and warehouse teams across departments Create work schedules, assign responsibilities, and maintain workflow efficiency Analyze operational performance and implement process improvements Maintain a positive work environment and support employee relations Partner with leadership to meet operational and financial goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience 3-5+ years of warehouse/distribution center management experience required Strong knowledge of distribution center operations, inventory control, and workflow management Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of management Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bilingual Spanish is a plus Strong teamwork mentality and ability to meet deadlines #LONG-1
Pay:
$85,000.00 - $9,500,000.00 per year
