Assistance Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Job Summary Midwest Fastener Corp. is looking for an Assistant Warehouse Manager who supports daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, workforce coordination, safety, and compliance. Responsibilities and Duties Assist with receiving, inventory control, stocking, and order fulfillment. Maintain warehouse security procedures and safeguard operations and contents. Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile results with the data system. Support workforce planning, recruitment, training, coaching, and performance monitoring. Develop operational schedules to maintain productivity and quality standards. Address operational and maintenance concerns to minimize delays and control costs. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate production records and help resolve or escalate employee concerns. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; 6-12 months of warehouse experience preferred. Knowledge of warehouse logistics, security protocols, and inventory control. Experience with inventory software, spreadsheets, and warehouse database systems. Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and technical documents. Powered Equipment Permit required. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work in a warehouse environment, adapt to changing demands, and lift up to 50 lbs.
