Job Description

Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient goods flow, accurate inventory control, and high-quality service delivery. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations for spare parts and supporting both internal and external stakeholders. You will drive operational excellence by managing a team, improving processes, and collaborating closely with global warehouse colleagues. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership Manage, supervise, and support warehouse employees Conduct performance reviews and development discussions Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members Wearhouse Operations Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping activities Ensure smooth, efficient, and organized warehouse operations Promote safe use and proper maintenance of equipment Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory records (target: 98% accuracy) Lead cycle counting and inventory control initiatives Optimize stock levels and improve inventory turnover Logistics & Customs Coordination Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipment and delivery Partner with customs brokers to facilitate efficient customs clearance Process Improvement Continuously identify and implement operational improvements Enhance efficiency, cost control, and overall warehouse performance Service Delivery Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of spare parts and service orders Support the AMCAS region with high service standards Qualifications & Skills High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support is a plus Familiarity with customs processes and logistics coordination Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and listening abilities Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently Adaptable, detail-oriented, and sound decision-maker
