Job Description

2nd Shift Analyze customer-shipping requirements & create ship lists to meet requirements. Coordinate the safe storage, loading & unloading of product to insure the quality of the product is maintained. Coordinate proper shipping documents with each shipment. Responsible to conduct E.D.I. transactions as required by the customer. Schedule trucks for inbound & outbound freight. Give direction to the shipping team & team leader to drive priorities & assignments. Maintain records of releases, shipping documents & keep the pricing, shipping & billing destinations current. Order supplies to maintain adequate inventory of shipping supplies. Develop a good customer relationship with all customers, customer contact backup. Rotating weekend coverage. Work on projects for continuous improvement of the S&R Department. Treat all team members with respect & dignity. Performs other tasks as assigned. Bachelors or better in Materials.
