Job Description

Position Summary As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with Department Management to learn about each department's functions and how they interact to assist in the Distribution Center's success. This 3 month training program will prepare you to focus on and specialize in one department to refine your leadership and coaching skills to assist others in succeeding as well as. The Manager Trainee position is a training opportunity for you to become an Assistant Department Manager and eventually a Department Manager. Company Description Menards, based out of Eau Claire, WI is a privately owned company and leader in the home improvement retail industry. Stores depend on the Distribution Centers in order to receive a large majority of their product to make sales. We currently operate 11
