Candidates need to be reliable, professional and enjoy a casual, family owned, and rewarding environment. Responsibility The Distribution Manager is responsible for coordinating all warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient storage, inventory management and delivery of products. o Manage all inventory control operations, including inventory accuracy, cycle counting, physical inventory and inventory reconciliation. o Develop and implement inventory control policies, procedures, and best practices. o Lead and supervise inventory control specialists and warehouse personnel. o Resolve shipping, inventory, and customer service issues promptly o Evaluate warehouse equipment, technology, and processes to improve operational performance. o Collaborate with various departments such as purchasing, production, and manufacturing to ensure operational business needs are met. Organizing and optimizing warehouse space to ensure the proper storage and handling of inventory. Oversee daily inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations. Collecting, verifying, analyzing and presenting financial information related to inventory.
