JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an immediate need for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and optimize warehouse processes. Work hours are from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse staff, maintain system data integrity, and coordinate with customer service, marketing, sales, and finance teams using NetSuite ERP Ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, transfer, and organization of products to designated program areas for distribution in collaboration with program staff Monitor warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance Process items receipts, transfer, and fulfillment transactions in NetSuite ERP Maintain real-time inventory accuracy within the system Perform cycle counts, inventory reconciliations, and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Generate inventory stock movement and performance reports Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Support audits by providing accurate system reports and documentation Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Must have 3 to 5 years' warehouse experience A minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience is required Must have a strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory auditing Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, as well as, a hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills Must be self-motivated, detail oriented, and professional Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of Warehouse setting, with the ability to stand, lift, and perform physical activities is needed Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
