About The Opportunity Manage all aspects of the warehouse (on-site and off-site) including inventory control and distribution, to ensure proper inventory levels and timely shipments of customer orders.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the day-to-day operations of the shipping and receiving department. 2. Assist in managing inventory control programs across all material types to ensure accurate inventory and drive inventory reductions. 3. Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to optimize flow while facilitating a working warehouse and offsite warehouse, when applicable. 4. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities. 5. Other duties as assigned. Education/Certification Level Required High school diploma or equivalent Level Desired Bachelor's degree

Work Experience Required

• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing Desired
• 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 1.

Knowledge of issues and considerations for effectively managing local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods 10.
