Job Overview Seeking a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring materials, tools, equipment, and vehicles are organized, maintained, and readily available to support field operations. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility. Oversee inventory of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, and general construction materials. Pull, stage, receive, and stock materials for construction and service projects. Manage & Secure HVAC inventory and prepare materials for scheduled service work; including, but not limited to, filters, refrigerant, and safety equipment. Maintain company tool inventory, tracking, inspections, and repairs. Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for the company vehicle fleet. Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records. Work closely with operations and field personnel to ensure timely material availability and identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Enforce warehouse safety procedures Perform other warehouse and operational duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or construction materials management experience preferred. Knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or construction materials preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
