Full Time Schedule:
40 Hours per week Prosource of Toledo is seeking an experienced, dependable, and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of the warehouse. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse while ensuring exceptional service to our customers, installers, and internal team. The Warehouse Manager plays a critical role in inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and supporting the company's commitment to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership of warehouse operations, communicates effectively, and leads by example.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, organization, and safety. Maintain accurate physical inventory through routine inventory management and cycle counts. Receive, inspect, organize, and stage flooring materials for customer and installer pickups. Safely operate a forklift to load and unload flooring products and other materials. Maintain appropriate inventory levels of installation supplies and other warehouse materials. Accurately cut flooring products to meet customer order specifications. Supervise and work alongside warehouse associates to ensure daily responsibilities are completed effectively. Coordinate warehouse workflow to support retail sales, installation schedules, and customer deliveries. Open the warehouse each morning and provide professional assistance to contractors and customers. Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment. Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency. Communicate effectively with the sales team, installers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. You could be a perfect fit if you have: Minimum of two years of warehouse experience, with prior supervisory or management experience preferred. Flooring industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience operating a forklift. Demonstrated ability to manage inventory and maintain a high level of accuracy. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with technology and inventory management systems. Ability to lift and move heavy flooring materials on a regular basis. Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
