Role Description We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse operations at our Broken Arrow, OK location. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for ensuring the warehouse runs safely, efficiently, and accurately. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and experiences in managing high-volume parts operations, particularly in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial supply sectors. As Warehouse Manager, you will oversee inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving processes, order fulfillment, warehouse organization, and operational safety standards. You will manage and develop warehouse staff, coordinate closely with the sales team, and ensure customers receive fast and reliable service. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of warehouse productivity, workflow, and accuracy.
