DAWG Built Fitness Warehouse ManagerPosition Overview DAWG Built Fitness is looking for a hands-on, high-accountability Warehouse Manager to lead day-to-day warehouse, showroom, equipment, and facility operations. This role is for someone who takes ownership, moves fast, stays organized, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for keeping the warehouse, showroom, tools, equipment, grounds, and daily operations clean, functional, organized, and running on time. This person will also work closely with the sales team to make sure customers receive a high-level experience from purchase through delivery, installation, and follow-up. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Facility Management Keep the warehouse clean, organized, safe, and fully operational at all times Make sure all workstations are neat, clean, and ready for daily use Ensure all tools, parts, and materials are properly stored and put away after use Oversee opening and closing duties each day Maintain the exterior grounds, dumpster areas, and surrounding property Ensure all trash, debris, and scrap materials are properly disposed of Monitor warehouse flow, storage layout, and organization for maximum efficiency Showroom & Equipment Operations Ensure all machines in the showroom are assembled properly, working correctly, clean, and customer-ready at all times Perform routine inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on showroom and warehouse equipment Coordinate service or repair needs when issues go beyond in-house capability Make sure all equipment is put together properly and in a timely manner Maintain presentation standards so the showroom reflects the DAWG Built Fitness brand Deliveries, Installations & Customer Support Oversee and coordinate deliveries, installations, pickups, and equipment movement Ensure delivery and installation jobs are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule Work closely with the sales staff to make sure customer orders, timelines, and expectations are handled properly Help ensure customers are taken care of from the time equipment is sold to the time it is delivered, installed, and confirmed complete Support problem-solving when delivery, installation, or product issues arise Team Accountability & Daily Execution Set the standard for cleanliness, organization, urgency, and follow-through Hold team members accountable for keeping tools put up, work areas clean, and tasks completed correctly Help prioritize daily warehouse tasks and make sure deadlines are met Track issues, report needs, and communicate clearly with leadership and sales staff Step in wherever needed to keep operations moving Qualifications Experience managing warehouse, logistics, facilities, or operations preferred Strong mechanical ability and comfort working with fitness equipment, tools, and assembly processes Ability to identify maintenance issues and solve problems quickly Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards Dependable, proactive, and able to work independently Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with sales and operations teams Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus Valid driver's license preferred Ideal Candidate Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged Notices what is out of place and fixes it Cares about cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency Moves with urgency and gets things done right the first time Understands that customer satisfaction depends on strong back-end execution Can manage both physical operations and day-to-day accountability Work Environment This is a hands-on leadership role based in the warehouse and showroom environment. The position requires active involvement in equipment handling, organization, maintenance, deliveries, installations, and facility upkeep.
