STORE MANAGER - TINT WORLD TULSA

(NOW HIRING) Full-Time 60 Hours/Week We are hiring a Store Manager to take charge of operations and lead a high-performing team. This position requires discipline, leadership, and strong tinting knowledge (or the willingness to learn fast).

Requirements:

Must have tinting experience OR be willing to complete our full Tint World training program Must be a U.S. resident with legal work authorization Must have a reliable, working vehicle Must commit to 60 hours/week (non-negotiable) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage technicians, create schedules, and maintain strict quality standards Sales experience preferred but not required

What You'll Do:

Manage daily store operations under new ownership Create and manage the tint technicians' weekly schedule Oversee all tint jobs for quality and consistency Handle customer service, sales, invoicing, and workflow Maintain inventory, organize the shop, and uphold Tint World standards Lead the team with accountability, professionalism, and structure

Training Provided:

If you are not already a tinter, you will receive full in-depth Tint World training , including: Automotive tinting
