WAREHOUSE & FLEET OPERATIONS MANAGER
Central Oregon Disaster Restoration is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined, self-motivated individual to oversee warehouse operations, fleet coordination, equipment management, and logistics support for our growing restoration company. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, organization, and taking ownership of operations.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Warehouse organization and operations Inventory control and supply tracking Purchasing and vendor coordination Fleet coordination and maintenance scheduling Light mechanical work and preventative maintenance Building and grounds maintenance Tool and equipment organization, repair, and tracking Delivering and relocating jobsite equipment and storage containers Towing trailers and 20' storage pods to and from jobsites Loading/unloading equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or utility equipment Assisting production departments with material runs and logistics Maintaining cleanliness and operational readiness of warehouse and fleet Supporting future expansion into portable sanitation operations, including delivery, pickup, servicing, and cleaning of portable restroom units
Ideal Qualifications & Skills:
Organized and detail oriented Self-starter with ability to work independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round Mechanically inclined Able to perform light to moderate vehicle and equipment maintenance such as: Oil changes Tire swaps Brake jobs Minor repairs and troubleshooting Ability to coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors and repair facilities Experience towing trailers and backing trailers confidently Experience operating forklifts, skid steers, UTVs, or similar equipment a plus Experience managing fleet maintenance schedules a plus Experience with inventory systems or warehouse management a plus Small engine repair experience a plus Diesel equipment familiarity a plus CDL is NOT required, but towing experience is strongly preferred
Requirements:
