Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated Receiving & Inventory Warehouse Manager to lead our Receiving and Inventory teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring incoming inventory is received accurately, quality standards are maintained, inventory is properly organized, and team productivity remains efficient and consistent. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who takes ownership, communicates effectively, and knows how to build and manage a high-performing team. Responsibilities Manage and lead the Receiving and Inventory teams Oversee daily receiving operations and inventory control processes Ensure products are received accurately and efficiently Maintain quality control standards and investigate discrepancies Monitor team performance, productivity, and workflow efficiency Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations Qualifications 2-4 years of leadership or management experience required Previous warehouse, inventory, or receiving experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with strong character, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead by example.
