Responsibilities Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and distribution activities Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and safety standards Oversee inventory management systems (such as AS400 or equivalent) to ensure accurate stock levels and data integrity Coordinate warehouse distribution tasks, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders for e-commerce and 3PL clients Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance on materials handling, heavy lifting procedures, and forklift operation safety Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members Assist with shipping & receiving procedures, including verifying shipments, preparing documentation, and coordinating with logistics providers Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervision within a fast-paced logistics environment Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), and logistics operations Hands-on experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment and heavy lifting techniques Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for warehouse safety protocols Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in inventory control and shipping processes Join us to lead impactful change in our warehouse operations!
