Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead operations at our dynamic multi-client 3PL facility. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing a team of 6-10 associates across multiple shifts, and ensuring performance targets are met across safety, inventory control, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Operations Director. This is a Monday - Friday position, with occasional weekends. While standard hours of operation are 0800-1630 some off hours availability is expected to support operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations for multiple customers, including receiving, put-away, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns. Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates working across multiple shifts. Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and manage regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations. Drive a culture of safety and compliance; ensure adherence to OSHA standards and internal policies. Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to meet customer SLAs and internal efficiency goals. Collaborate with customer service and account management teams to address customer needs and resolve issues proactively. Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, labor optimization, and quality. Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology platforms. Support labor planning, scheduling, and workload balancing in a fast-paced, multi-client environment. Provide after-hours support and availability as needed to ensure consistent operations. This position requires regular customer-facing interaction and a high level of professionalism in all forms of communication, both written and verbal.
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse or distribution center management experience, preferably within a 3PL or multi-client setting. Strong understanding of inventory control practices, safety compliance, and WMS systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate warehouse teams in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and performance reporting (Excel, dashboards, etc.). Flexibility to adapt to customer-specific needs and operational changes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. A BA in business, inventory management or logistics is preferred, but not required if demonstrated strong experience in a similar role.
