Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Manager and lead the heart of our logistics operations! In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse management, ensuring seamless distribution, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency. Your leadership will drive safety, productivity, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Manage warehouse distribution processes, optimizing workflows for speed and accuracy. Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Utilize warehouse management systems and platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and generate reports. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline logistics workflows. Oversee forklift operations and mechanical equipment use, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and safe handling procedures. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) for shipping & receiving activities and ensure timely delivery of goods. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, and materials handling techniques. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and logistics software. Valid forklift certification and mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance. Familiarity with OSHA regulations related to warehouse safety practices. Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment. Experience working in e-commerce or heavy lifting environments is preferred.
