FOH Manager | Upscale Casual Restaurant Group | Yardley, PA Service and Bar Focused $60,000-$70,000 + Benefits + Bonus Potential + Advancement About Us We're a chef-driven, upscale casual restaurant group known for seasonal menus, scratch kitchens, and hospitality that actually means something. If you're passionate about hospitality and leadership, you'll fit right in. The Role We're hiring a Service and Bar Manager for our Yardley, PA location. You'll lead service, own the bar program, develop the team, and drive execution alongside the General Manager. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a leader who loves being on the floor and behind the bar — with direct impact on the guest experience, the culture, and the numbers. What You'll Do Lead daily front-of-house operations and floor execution for lunch + dinner service Own and elevate the bar program — cocktails, wine, beer, training, consistency, and inventory Train, coach, and inspire a team of 15-25 servers, bartenders, and hosts in a high-volume environment Own scheduling, labor costs, and guest recovery — know your service standards and P&L drivers Collaborate on seasonal cocktails, specials, and promotions that drive sales and guest loyalty Uphold exceptional standards for cleanliness, service, and hospitality Jump in wherever needed — we're all hands on deck during service What You Bring 2+ years as a FOH / Service & Bar Manager or 3+ years as a strong Supervisor/AGM in full-service, high-volume restaurants Real passion and knowledge for craft cocktails, wine, and bar operations Poise under pressure, strong communication skills, and ability to lead by example Working knowledge of POS systems, scheduling, inventory, and labor management RAMP/ServSafe Alcohol certification preferred; passion for hospitality required Nights, weekends, and holidays — it's restaurants, but we protect work-life balance where we can
