Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage 3PL Partnerships:
Direct third-party provider operations across regional warehouse and cross-dock locations to hit daily execution targets and service standards.Drive Financial & Operational Performance:
Own regional warehouse budgets, monitor operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implement continuous improvement projects to reduce total supply chain costs and product damage.Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance:
Maintain full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), international trade regulations, and global quality standards across all regional facilities.Optimize Logistics Systems:
Oversee regional warehouse technology platforms (WMS, EDI, SAP) by driving system enhancements, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with IT teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Manufacturing, Transportation, Quality, and Commercial Development teams to resolve complex supply chain bottlenecks and align facility resources with business demand.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management Proven hands-on experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and SAP or any similar ERP system. Demonstrated experience supervising, developing, or managing direct reports OR external vendor teams. Ability to travel 25% to 30% of timePreferred Qualifications:
Strong data-driven decision-making, analytical, and process management capabilities. Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills. Previous Financial experience Proven experience with Continuous Improvement / WH automation implementations Project Management experience Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $109,600.00- $155,000.
