Release Manager:
Establishes, governs, and continuously improves the release management discipline for the organization's digital health ecosystem Ensures secure, reliable, and compliant delivery of software updates supporting vendor-supported inpatient video visit platforms Coordinates releases across integrated systems including EHR platforms, telehealth solutions, and other clinical applications Manages vendor relationships and collaborates with DevOps, ITIL service management, and healthcare teams to streamline release processes Maintains compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and manages risk associated with operations Requirements for the
Release Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field 5+ years of experience in release management, DevOps, or IT service management in a regulated environment Demonstrated experience coordinating releases for vendor-supported SaaS platforms Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and environment promotion strategies Experience working within HIPAA-compliant environments and handling PHI securely What's in it for you? Compensation:
