Telecommute job type: Contract salary: $22 - 32 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: 5. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? a. Effectively and efficiently own the successful delivery of all assigned projects including managing all cross-function work stream owners (real estate, training, telecom technology, human capital, etc.) - function as the project General Manager b. Document and outline scope/charter, as needed. Create and manage project plan, issue log, lessons learned, close document, failure mode and effects analysis (fmea), control plan, etc. c. Identify team roles and skill sets required to quickly create a highly functioning team. d. Direct the team and resolve conflicts: Direct team to complete projects on time, within budgetary guidelines. Escalate issues appropriately. e. Assess progress and report status to management and key constituents: timely written or verbal communication of project status to management. Highlight areas of concern or needed assistance. Track status of project timelines and milestones and communicate with management and team members.
