This position is responsible for driving hotel revenue through room night sales, meeting space bookings, event coordination across multiple properties. This position reports directly to the Corporate Director of Sales. If you are passionate about hospitality, sales, customer service, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and book group room nights for multiple hotel properties Prospect and develop new corporate, group, sports, wedding, and social event business Coordinate meetings, events, and catering functions from start to finish Conduct hotel tours and client meetings Prepare contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and event details Work closely with hotel operations teams to ensure successful event execution Manage meeting space calendars and maximize revenue opportunities Maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations Respond promptly to sales leads, inquiries, and event requests Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to increase hotel visibility Provide regular sales and event activity updates to the
Corporate Director of Sales Qualifications:
Previous hotel sales, catering, or event coordination experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple events and properties Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Experience with hotel sales systems is a plus Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends for events
