This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations while leading, coaching, and developing a team to meet company objectives and deliver exceptional customer service. Position Summary The Warehouse Manager is ultimately accountable for the overall performance, efficiency, and compliance of the RI warehouse operation. This includes shipping, receiving, inventory control, purchasing, staff development, and facility management. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of all warehouse functions, including packing, shipping, and receiving, and will lead by example to uphold the highest operational standards. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to warehouse staff to achieve daily shipping goals and ensure smooth, efficient facility operations Maintain full accountability for purchasing, receiving, shipping, and inventory activities at the branch Ensure excellent customer service standards are met, respond efficiently to customer and sales team inquiries, and support high customer satisfaction Oversee training and ongoing development for all new and existing employees Ensure compliance with the ISO Quality Program, safety standards, and company policies Collaborate closely with the sales team to support customer needs and new business opportunities Communicate effectively with other branch managers and corporate leadership Run and analyze daily operational reports, including open customer orders, open purchase orders, and open transfer orders Step in to cover operational needs during employee absences as required Ensure the facility, equipment, and supplies are maintained in good working order and that operational needs are anticipated and addressed Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong warehousing and distribution experience Proven leadership and people‑management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong overall computer skills Working knowledge of purchasing, sales support, and quality systems Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail Excellent communication, team‑building, and motivational skills Strong problem‑solving skills and effective time‑management abilities What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Training and development for the right candidate A stable, well‑established organization with long‑term growth opportunities A collaborative, team‑oriented work environment Apply today, we look forward to meeting you!
