Fulfillment and Transportation Manager The Fulfillment and Transportation Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the logistics and distribution processes within our organization. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to meet customer demands while optimizing transportation costs and fulfillment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fulfillment and transportation operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency in warehousing and transportation procedures. Monitor transportation costs and develop cost-reduction strategies without compromising service quality. Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to negotiate favorable rates and service agreements. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of fulfillment and transportation efforts. Supervise and train staff in fulfillment and transportation best practices and safety procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in transportation and logistics operations. Work closely with other departments such as sales, customer service, and procurement to ensure alignment and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in fulfillment, transportation, or logistics management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
