Warehouse Manager

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Manager will lead all daily operations at the facility in South Carolina, including receiving, fulfillment, staging, loading, inventory control, and delivery coordination. You will manage warehouse staff, supervisors, and drivers while ensuring trucks are staged daily and order fulfillment accuracy. This role requires a hands-on, independent leader who can improve operational performance, enforce accountability, and build a stable, high-performing team. Key goals include maintaining inventory variance, improving labor productivity, supporting the integration of two new delivery trucks, and ensuring consistent on-time delivery performance. Ideal candidates will bring strong warehouse leadership experience, a sense of urgency, accountability, and the ability to make tough operational and personnel decisions when needed. Success will be measured through KPIs including fulfillment accuracy, delivery performance, labor cost per tire, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and overall operational efficiency.

Background Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred or equivalent years of experience. 5+ years in a management or proven leadership role
