Warehouse Manager Fortis Products, LLC Chattanooga, TN Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Foreign language proficiency Writing skills Materials management in logistics Transportation management Bookkeeping Full Job Description Job Responsibilities Oversees the entire supply chain of Factory and site building materials, office supply, tools and equipment owned by Fortis Products. Identifies and itemized all building products/materials inside and outside the Factory Create item code for each products/material mainly for ease of identification Maintain book keeping records (in and out) of materials, tools and equipment Creates and facilitates inventory management on every item(s) as required Creates mechanism (in aid of software(s)) to monitor stock levels of each item necessary for the Factory to carry out each and every project(s). Coordinate closely with the Pre-construction, Site, Operations dept and account dept. Handles the transportation planning (Flat beds in and out) in close coordination with the Pre-construction, site, operations dept and accounts dept. Maintains book keeping records on each and every supplier(s) the factory is dealing with (existing, new and potential supplier) Identify and recommend warehousing location of each product, materials, tools and equipment's Coordinate all necessary info to the entire team Extend duty whenever his/her expertise is needed by the team Assist the entire team on document preparation such as (PR/PO),report documents necessary for procuring and acquiring materials, tools and equipment required to carry out certain task(s) Recommend app/software other than excel in creating inventory management system Create stocking level (low, high stock-level) for each materials
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required . The ability to communicate fluently in both languages, verbally and in writing, is essential. Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Experience with inventory tracking systems and recordkeeping preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain accurate records, and work independently.
