Fiber & Coax Fulfillment / Installation Manager Broadband of Indiana, LLC is expanding our telecommunications services and launching a new Fiber Optic & Coax Fulfillment and Installation Division . We are looking for an experienced, driven Fulfillment & Installation Manager to help us build this division from the ground up. This is an opportunity for the right person to do more than manage an existing operation. We are looking for someone who can help develop the team, establish processes, drive production, maintain quality, and build a successful installation operation. Responsibilities Help launch and develop our new Fiber & Coax Fulfillment/Installation Division Recruit, develop, and manage installation technicians and subcontractors Oversee residential and commercial fiber/coax installations and service work Manage daily routing, scheduling, production, and technician performance Develop efficient operational processes and procedures Ensure installations meet customer specifications and quality standards Monitor productivity, quality, repeat service calls, and other key performance metrics Maintain a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction Work directly with company leadership and customers to identify opportunities and resolve operational issues Assist with budgeting, staffing, equipment, fleet, and resource planning Help identify opportunities to expand the division into additional markets What We're Looking For Strong background in telecommunications fulfillment, installation, or field operations Experience with Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH), coax, internet, voice, and related customer-premise installations Previous management or supervisory experience Experience recruiting and managing technicians and/or subcontractors Strong understanding of technician productivity, quality, routing, and performance metrics Ability to build and lead a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer relationship skills Self-motivated, organized, and capable of taking ownership of an operation Experience helping launch or grow a fulfillment operation is a major plus Why Broadband of Indiana?
