We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. This role requires strong leadership skills, mechanical knowledge, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics.

MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH.

Responsibilities Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work. Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area. Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain items records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices

Schedule:

Sun- Friday (6 days) 7:00 am (Peak ) Sun-Thursday, 7:00am (Non Peak) Pay rate: $65,000 per year plus potential weekly incentives
