Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in marketing, working across one or more marketing fields (e.g., product marketing). Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
5 years of partner marketing experience specifically within Distribution or Licensing Solution Provider (LSP) ecosystems. Experience onboarding and scaling global partners. Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows. Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Proven track record with performance-based funding models. About the job Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end. As the Partner Marketing Manager for Global Distribution, you will own the execution, orchestration, and optimization of joint marketing strategies with our key global distribution partners. Acting as a key connector between global marketing, regional teams, and partner sales, you will drive marketing programs that scale Google Cloud products and solutions (including Google Workspace, Gemini Enterprise, Security, and more). In this role, you will be an execution-focused marketer with strong campaign acumen, capable of translating complex technology narratives into turnkey partner campaigns. You will lead the transition of partners toward modern, performance-based funding models, manage marketing budgets, and navigate engaged landscapes to maximize Return on Investment (ROI). Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

$141000 - $206000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits Learn more about benefits at Google. Responsibilities Co-develop, orchestrate, and execute multi-touch demand generation campaigns (e.g., digital marketing, webinars, joint events) with distribution partners. Translate complex technical value propositions (such as Workspace and Gemini Enterprise narratives) into scalable marketing campaigns for distribution partners. Manage, track, and report on partner marketing investments (MDF, co-op, PPF, and performance-based incentives), ensuring strict alignment with regional sales priorities and pipeline goals. Guide partners toward modern, performance-based funding models (e.g., PPF or Co-op programs) from flat-rate Market Development Funds (MDF).
