Warehouse Manager

Eclipse Advantage is looking for a third-shift, Mon-Fri Warehouse Manager who will supervise, direct and evaluate warehouse personnel at our client facility. Responsibilities and essential job functions:

Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends. Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship, while partnering with Eclipse IA HR Manage the Site workforce: including hiring, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties. Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization. Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning, and space requirements and implementing changes. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed. In collaboration with the Regional Manager, will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review. Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results

Job Requirements:
