$25 to $30 per hour, based on relevant experienceFull-time, on-site position in Fort Worth, TX 76119Regular schedule of 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM with occasional overtime based on demandTwo weeks of PTO accrued over the course of the year, beginning after 90 days7 paid holidaysOpportunity to take ownership of day-to-day production, inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment operationsOpportunity to help build, train, and lead a production team as the company growsHands-on role where your organization, accuracy, and quality standards directly contribute to successful operationsOpportunity to help develop and improve inventory, warehouse, production, and fulfillment processesWhy You'll Love It HereTake ownership of inventory management, production quality, warehouse operations, and order fulfillmentWork with a growing company serving the screen printing industry with mesh, frames, and remeshing servicesWork directly with company leadership and play an important role in day-to-day operationsHelp establish and improve workflows, operating standards, inventory controls, and quality-control processesExpand your operational and team leadership responsibilities as the production and fulfillment operation growsYour New RoleManage day-to-day production and fulfillment operations in Fort Worth, TexasMaintain accurate inventory counts and keep order status, inventory levels, supply shortages, and operational issues current in shop management softwareMonitor screen printing mesh, adhesives, frames, and other supplies required for production and fulfillmentAnticipate inventory needs and reorder materials to help prevent stockouts and production delaysOversee remeshing production and ensure work meets established quality and volume standardsFinish and package frames according to specifications and established quality standardsReceive, inspect, and evaluate customer trade-in frames for condition and suitabilityPick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficientlyRespond professionally to customer emails regarding orders and productsServe as an operational point of contact for order status and product questionsHelp develop and refine warehouse operations, inventory management, production, quality control, and order fulfillment workflowsHire, train, supervise, and manage additional team members as the operation grows

Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, production, fulfillment, or a related environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear and professional written communication skills for customer correspondenceAbility to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilitiesAbility to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of the essential duties of the positionAbility to remain on your feet for extended periods while performing production and warehouse dutiesManual dexterity necessary to perform finishing, packaging, and hands-on remeshing tasksAbility to perform repetitive tasks and detailed close-up work required for production and quality-control activitiesAbility to perform job duties in a non-climate-controlled warehouse with varying seasonal temperaturesScreen printing industry experience or familiarity with mesh, frames, adhesives, screen printing supplies, or remeshing is preferredPrevious supervisory or small-team leadership experience is preferredExperience with inventory management, shop management, warehouse management, order fulfillment, or e-commerce software is preferredMesh Labs is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
