Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, managing inventory, and leading a team to meet operational goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on process improvement, and a thorough understanding of warehouse logistics. Duties
- Manage and execute daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
- Work with and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Oversee inventory control processes, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock levels.
- Utilize SnapTracker software for inventory management and logistics tracking.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper operation of forklifts and other machinery used in the warehouse. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping/receiving processes, and inventory management practices.
- Familiarity with SnapTracker software is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining workplace safety.
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Experience operating forklifts; certification is a plus but can be obtained through training provided by the company.
Job Type:

$19.00- $23.
