Job Description
Lead a Team. Improve Systems. Deliver Excellence. At Grand Specialty, we believe every shipment is more than a box leaving our warehouse-it's a promise to our customers. Our customers trust us to deliver the right products, in perfect condition, and on time. The Shipping Manager plays a vital role in keeping that promise. We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside their team, building efficient systems, solving problems, and continuously improving the way work gets done. If you're someone who takes pride in organization, leads by example, and believes that details matter, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As Shipping Manager, you'll lead a team of 3-6 shipping associates while remaining actively involved in the daily operation. Approximately 90% of your time will be spent on the warehouse floor coaching employees, supporting the team, solving problems, and ensuring orders leave our facility accurately and on time. You'll serve as the communication link between Order Processing, Inventory Control, and Shipping, helping departments work together efficiently while maintaining a smooth flow of customer orders.
