Shipping & Warehouse Manager

Warehouse & Shipping Manager We run a large e-commerce and wholesale auto parts operation and are looking for a warehouse manager to oversee daily shipping and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for keeping orders moving, inventory accurate, and the warehouse team operating efficiently. What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
• Manage warehouse staff including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and shipping personnel.
• Improve warehouse processes to reduce errors, increase throughput, and keep orders moving on time.
• Manage carrier logistics for small parcel and LTL shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory and help resolve discrepancies.
• Purchase and manage shipping supplies.
• Work with leadership to plan staffing, workflow, and warehouse layout as the business grows. What we're looking for
• Experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced shipping environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, shipping workflows, and warehouse organization.
• Experience with warehouse systems or ERP software.
• Ability to lead a team, solve problems quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Comfort working hands-on in the warehouse when needed.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay:

$23.00
