KP Staffing is now hiring a warehouse manager for an oilfield equipment company in Granbury! Company Overview This company manufactures and refurbishes equipment for the oilfield. Job Summary The warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory control, logistics coordination, and team supervision. The role demands strong leadership abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and in-depth knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices. •
CANDIDATES MUST BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH
• Shift 1st shift: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday Pay $75,000 per yearJob Details Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:
Lead all day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, inbound/outbound logistics, material handling, storage optimization, and layout design to ensure efficient operations and accurate stock levels.Safety, Compliance & Facility Management:
Champion warehouse safety programs, enforce regulatory requirements (including hazardous materials), conduct regular facility and equipment inspections, and maintain compliance with environmental, quality, and industry standards.Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, supervise, and develop warehouse staff (material handlers, forklift operators, and administrative personnel), while building a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.Reporting, Quality & Organizational Support:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and order fulfillment, collaborate with stakeholders and auditors for regulatory and customer compliance, and actively support the company's mission, vision, and goals.Qualifications & Ongoing Development:
Meet minimum requirements (3+ years manufacturing inventory experience, 2+ years supervisory experience, forklift certification, MS Office/Syspro proficiency, ability to lift 50 lbs.) and pursue continued training in lean principles, leadership, safety, and quality processes.
