12 Months Contract Top Skills/Experience ITIL Certification or equivalent experience Previous work experience in a Trading environment is must Team management experience in a multi-disciplined IT environment. Strong background in service delivery and service management. Sound knowledge of the ITSM concepts and practices required to implement and deliver IT services.
