Service Administrator - Doggett Warehouse Solutions Doggett Toyota Lift - 3.3 Houston, TX Job Details 17 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Service Administrator Classification Non-Exempt Job Summary This position will include assisting the service department with customer service needs, work orders, processing of equipment repairs, daily operations of shop functions, field service functions, delivery functions, and billing Essential Functions Provide service information to customers, schedule customer service needs, add segments to work orders containing job information Assist in the appraisal and quote process for equipment repair Coordinate parts and labor requirements with Service Manager for work orders Assist in scheduling shop assignments, field service work and delivery of equipment Establish or adjust work procedures to meet schedules and deadlines Conduct opening and closing of work orders Provide clerical assistance, including some correspondence and data entry Develop positive customer relations by accurately communicating repair status and charges for equipment repairs Greet service customers and answer calls to schedule service appointments Advise customers of estimated service and repair costs Review details of service/repair invoice to ensure customer understanding of services provided Communicate progress of repair/service orders Obtaining necessary documentation to close open job orders Accurately bill all open invoices to customers Communicate with relevant parties regarding account and billing issues Create documentation relevant to billing activities Gather, process, and disburse information related to billing Qualifications High school diploma required 2-4 years experience in automotive/construction service administrator role with college or technical school certificate/degree preferred Proficient computer skills, including experience with Excel, preferred Excellent customer service/communication skills required The Service Administrator must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.
