Job Description:

Victory Wine Group was established in 2015 as an innovative solution for wineries and distillers in Texas. In January 2023, Victory Wine Group became Maverick Beverage Company of Texas and in 2025 we became Johnson Brothers Maverick of Texas. As an importer and distributor of fine wines and craft spirits based in Texas, we represent a high-quality, diversified collection of wines and spirits from around the world, many of which are family-owned and operated. This position has primary responsibility for coordinating delivery operations including routing, delivering and backhauling activities.

Pay:

$65-$75k annual compensation,

Job Duties:

Hire, train and manage assigned delivery driver personnel Manage delivery drivers in all aspects including customer service, accuracy and productivity Oversee driver scheduling to ensure timely delivery of product Coordinate all safety activities for Delivery staff Manage the efficiency of the delivery routes using routing software Interface with customers solving discrepancies, problems and creating a cohesive relationship Foster and maintain a collaborative relationship with the sales, warehouse, delivery and customer service departments. Job Requirements 2 year associates degree 3+ years of experience in delivery operations Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems and bar code scanning technology Proficient in the Use of delivery routing software, Descartes preferred Familiar with GPS tracking software, Samsara preferred Computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and internet applications NetSuite and AS400 experience preferred
