Full-Time, On-Site Position Summary The Warehouse Center Manager is the dedicated on-site leader responsible for end-to-end performance of the Dallas mobile service-parts warehouse. The role leads inbound, outbound, returns/RMA, inventory controls, staffing, safety, customer communication, reporting, and continuous improvement while controlling labor and operating costs. Key Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse execution across receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, shipping, returns/RMA, and physical-inventory support. Own site performance against key service expectations, including dock-to-stock, on-time shipping, inventory accuracy, quality, and productivity. Manage labor planning, overtime, temporary staffing, supplies, and other controllable costs, review performance versus plan and address material variances. Recruit, coach, and develop supervisors and associates while maintaining cross-training and backup coverage for critical operating functions. Partner with the Inventory Manager to protect inventory integrity, cycle-count execution, FIFO/aging controls, location accuracy, and high-value product handling. Ensure SOPs, training records, OSHA/MHE safety, physical security, Dangerous Goods requirements, reporting, and audit-readiness standards are followed. Required Skills and Abilities Strong warehouse leadership experience in 3PL, service parts, electronics, or a comparable distribution environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs, labor planning, P&L/cost control, productivity management, root-cause analysis, and customer service. Hands-on SAP and WMS experience, including RF scanning, inventory transactions, shipping activity, reporting, and operational troubleshooting. Working knowledge of air-export/outbound logistics, carrier coordination, Dangerous Goods shipping, UPS WorldShip or comparable systems, and Microsoft Excel. Train the Trainer Certification Preferred, but not Required. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, operations management, or a related field preferred, equivalent relevant experience may be considered. Seven or more years of progressive warehouse/distribution experience, including manager-level responsibility, preferred. Spanish proficiency preferred, Korean a plus but not required. Work Requirements Full-time, exempt, on-site leadership role, schedule must flex to volume, customer cutoffs, inventories, audits, startup activities, and approved special projects. Limited travel may be required.
