Warehouse & Installation Manager Inspired Closets by Maxwells About Us Inspired Closets by Maxwells is a family-owned and operated business built on craftsmanship, integrity, and long-term relationships. Our team takes pride in delivering a seamless experience and a finished product that reflects true quality. The Role We are seeking a highly organized, hands-on Warehouse & Installation Manager to lead our operations and installation teams. This role is critical to ensuring that every project is executed with precision, professionalism, and consistency with our brand standards. We're looking for a strong leader who can manage multiple teams, maintain high standards, and communicate effectively with both clients and internal staff. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, material handling, and job staging Manage and lead multiple installation crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and to company standards Coordinate scheduling between design, production, and installation teams Work hand-in-hand with designers to ensure projects are installable, accurate, and set up for success before reaching the field Conduct site visits to monitor installation progress and ensure quality standards are consistently met Perform quality control checks on materials and completed installations Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide hands-on support when needed Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse environment Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and vehicles Leadership & Communication Lead, coach, and develop installation and warehouse team members Create and implement training programs based on recurring issues and current team challenges Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable to performance and quality standards Communicate effectively with clients across a wide range of project scopes and budgets Professionally address both positive and negative client feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect Qualifications Proven experience managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment Background in cabinetry, closet systems, or similar installation work Working knowledge of design concepts and ability to interpret plans and drawings Hands-on experience with installation tools and equipment Experience operating saws, CNC machinery, and forklifts is a strong plus Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Open to feedback and committed to personal and team development What We're Looking For A leader who takes ownership and sets the standard for quality Someone who thrives in both the warehouse and in the field A proactive problem-solver who doesn't wait for issues to escalate A professional who represents the brand well with every client interaction
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
