Responsibilities and essential job functions:
Achieves warehouse operations operational objectives by preparing and completing action plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends. Assist in maintaining a successful client relationship, while partnering with Eclipse IA HR Manage the Site workforce: including hiring, payroll, employee relations and office administrative duties. Develops warehouse operations processes by determining product handling and storage requirements; developing, implementing, enforcing, and evaluating policies and procedures; developing processes for receiving product and equipment utilization. Develops warehouse operations process improvements by analyzing process workflow, manning, and space requirements and implementing changes. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Accomplishes warehouse operations and organization mission by completing related duties as needed. In collaboration with the Regional Manager, will budget and forecast operational costs along with monthly P&L performance review. Thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.Job Requirements:
Must have 5-7 years of relevant experience Demonstrated ability in Operations Management work and process improvement is essential Must exhibit strong data analysis capabilities Experience in start-up facility preferred Grocery warehousing industry preferred Self-starter with ability to drive improvements in operational processes Able to communicate effectively with others and establish credibility Set aggressive targets and meets them in a challenging and complex environment Picks up knowledge quickly, strong leadership, highly reliable and positive attitude Ability to motivate, energize and influence others Microsoft Office proficiency a must (Outlook, Excel) People Management, Supervision, Data Entry Skills, Data Entry Management, Data Processing, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Deadline-Oriented Bilingual language skill is a plus Equal Opportunity Employer| Drug Free Workplace| Must be able to work in the US Since 2003, Eclipse Advantage, a people logistics supply chain company, has helped clients improve their supply chain performance by increasing productivity, reducing labor costs, minimizing safety risks, and improving quality.
