Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage inventory control, and ensure seamless logistics processes. Your leadership will drive process improvements, optimize warehouse management systems, and foster a safety-first environment. Responsibilities Supervise all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff and supervisors, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee inventory management processes using warehouse management systems such as AS400 or similar platforms to maintain precise stock levels. Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts to meet delivery deadlines and optimize logistics workflows across third-party logistics providers (3PL) and internal teams. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations. Manage forklift operations and mechanical equipment to support heavy lifting and materials handling tasks safely and effectively. Ensure compliance with shipping & receiving protocols, 3PL requirements, and industry standards for quality assurance. Requirements Forklift Certified or 2+ years experience Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a fast-paced distribution environment. Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse distribution processes. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems such as AS400 or equivalent platforms. Valid forklift certification along with mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and operation. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for materials handling and heavy lifting. Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams toward common goals. Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
