5/40 Position Overview The Warehouse Admin opportunity is suited to a technically capable professional with strong administrative and warehouse support skills. This position focuses on accurate paperwork completion, computer-based transaction processing, and inventory-related support within an operational environment. The Warehouse Admin role will also suit candidates who are confident using Microsoft Excel, including formulas, and who can work effectively across receiving, shipping, and material movement activities. This Warehouse Admin opportunity offers the chance to contribute to day-to-day warehouse operations while supporting inventory accuracy and material handling processes. Role Context The working environment involves inventory control, receiving, shipping, record keeping, and occasional material handling support. Key Responsibilities Maintain and complete warehouse-related paperwork accurately. Perform applicable computerised transactions to support operational records and inventory activity. Assist with receiving, moving, and delivering materials to and from company inventory. Support inventory verification, stock level maintenance, and record keeping. Assist with receiving, shipping, and cycle counting activities within warehouse operations. Operate material handling equipment, including a forklift, in a qualified and safe manner when required.
Qualifications & Experience Essential:
Oral and written communication skills.
Essential:
Basic computer skills including Microsoft applications.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Desirable:
Familiarity with warehouse practices including receiving, shipping, and cycle counting.
Desirable:
Familiarity with oilfield surface, automation, and measurement equipment.
Desirable:
Proficiency in Excel, including the use of formulas.
