Job Description
Detail essential job responsibilities, requirements, and key deliverables for the role: Receiving Reconcile with purchase order/RMA. Receive incoming core, new and warranty items in Oracle. Move/Transfer the items to proper locations (Physical/in Oracle) Communicate with Purchasing, customer, vendor, logistics partners, etc. to resolve any issues. Maintain the receiving records in the form of pictures, bill of lading, packing slips, etc. Shipping Supervise the outgoing item packing. Generate product, shipping labels. Coordinate the pickups with BBB's preferred logistics partners. Arrange item pickups from our vendors, customers, and sister plants.
Warehouse Equipment:
Ensure the proper material handling equipment is in place. Ensure certified personnel are operating the material handling equipment. Schedule needed equipment repairs with vendors. Coordinate the purchasing, installation of warehouse racks and shelves. Ensure warehouse rows/racks/bins are labelled properly. Create new bin locations as needed. Inventory accuracy Perform cycle counts and recommend adjustments to the inventory. Lead annual physical inventory count activity. Coordinate the timely disposal of scrap material and E&O Material flow Ensure the accuracy of material flow (in and out of warehouse) transactions. Supervise the raw material picks for assembly. Supervise the FG picks for shipping. Leadership Supervise warehouse technician/s and forklift operator/s Train personnel on the safe operation of material handling equipment. Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce. Propose the proper inventory levels of equipment spare parts and consumables. Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Some exposure to harsh conditions—such as: dust, fumes, noise, and varying temperatures—for short periods of time is possible. This employee will be required to demonstrate continued knowledge of Haz/Com regulations and requirements. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sitting 10%, standing/walking 90%. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds is required. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential function of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers to handle or feel; talk and hear.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications High School Diploma of GED equivalency BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred, but not required. 5+ years working experience as a Logistics and/or Warehouse Supervisor. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Proficient in standard production planning, logistics software. Oracle experience preferred, but not required. Demonstratable ability to lead and manage staff. Previous experience in Automotive and OEM preferred, but not required. Minimum experience 5 - 10 years
