This role involves managing warehouse activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining smooth day-to-day store operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience with warehouse management systems, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient and safe handling of supplies. Manage warehouse staff, providing guidance and supervision to maintain productivity and safety standards. Implement and maintain inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data integrity. Utilize warehouse management systems to streamline processes, monitor stock movements, and generate reports. Coordinate procurement, storage, and distribution of oilfield supplies in accordance with operational needs. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies within the warehouse environment. Optimize storage layouts for maximum efficiency and accessibility. Collaborate with procurement teams to forecast inventory requirements and prevent shortages or overstock situations. Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities for reporting purposes. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within an oilfield supply or industrial environment. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Leadership qualities with experience supervising staff in a warehouse setting. Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and other departments. Ability to adapt quickly to changing operational demands while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehouse operations is highly desirable.
