In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse activities, ensuring seamless coordination of inventory management, transportation logistics, and team supervision. Responsibilities Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatching to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards related to forklift operation, transportation management systems, and warehouse distribution protocols. Coordinate transportation management activities including courier management, freight scheduling, and shipping & receiving procedures. Must be able to lift 25lbs. on a consistent basis with the occasional 50lbs. Follow procedures with picking and staging orders to be shipped out to our customer base around the DFW metroplex. Experience Proven experience in warehouse supervision. Experience in shipping & receiving, dispatching, forklift operation, and materials handling. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of safety and quality in warehouse operations.
