Job Description

Warehouse Systems & Optimization Manager National Truck Parts is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Systems & Optimization Manager to improve how our warehouse handles inventory, replenishment, packaging, palletization, picking and shipping. This is more than a traditional warehouse manager role. We need someone who can identify inefficient processes, build better systems and make sure they are followed. Responsibilities Improve warehouse layout, product flow and storage locations Build and manage inventory MIN/MAX and replenishment processes Improve inventory accuracy and cycle counting Lead SKU measuring, weighing and product data projects Standardize packaging and palletization methods Improve parcel, oversize and LTL shipping processes Reduce freight cost, damage and wasted warehouse space Create simple warehouse SOPs and processes Work with Fishbowl/WMS systems and future automation/AI tools Manage warehouse staff and hold the team accountable What We're Looking For Strong warehouse, distribution or logistics experience Experience with inventory control, shipping and palletized freight Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor Strong problem-solving and process-improvement skills Able to take ownership and complete projects without constant follow-up WMS, ERP or Fishbowl experience preferred Industrial engineering or supply-chain background is a plus Experience with large or oversized products, LTL freight and high-SKU warehouses is especially valuable. We are looking for someone who doesn't just maintain existing processes. We want someone who can find what is broken, fix it and build a system that keeps it fixed.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
